Soumendra Paul has over 25 years of overseas and Australian experience in planning and feasibility studies, concept and detailed design of freeways, Highways and Expressways, innovative Interchange designs, managed freeway designs as per VicRoads standards, Urban and Rural roads design, roundabouts and at grade intersections design, hydraulic and drainage design, stormwater management strategy, safe system solutions, feasibility studies of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), Light Rail Transit (LRT) systems, design of internal roads and township roads.
His experience spectrum covers design of runway, taxiway, helipad, apron and airstrips in accordance with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Annex-14 standards. Also, He possesses a proven history of delivering complex infrastructure projects within the budget and given timeline and has managed both local and remote teams across the World.
Vijay is passionate about achieving successful outcomes for clients and delivery this with a strong technical skillset. Vijay’s project experience includes, drainage design, geometric design of roads and highways, utility design and co-ordination from preliminary design stage to Issue for Construction stage.

Raghd is a motivated Civil Engineer with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) from Monash University and nearly three years of engineering design experience. Her expertise spans in transport engineering, utilities, and drainage design, with hands-on experience in major infrastructure projects across Victoria. She has contributed to the design of signal pads, maintenance access roads, CSR works, and other key transport infrastructure elements. She has also been involved in drafting work, including estimating time and resources required to complete drawings, liaising with document control, coordinating colleagues for client submissions, and escalating any risks or issues to senior colleagues to ensure seamless project delivery.
